Adult S-XL fits hip/waist up to 46 inches (117 cm)
Adult 1X-3X fits hip/waist up to 57 inches ( 145 cm)
Adult 4X-6X fits hip/waist up to 69 inches ( 175 cm)
When measuring, consider whether you will wear the bag around your true waist, or more around your hips. If there is a chance you will need it larger to fit around your hips, better to order up. All belts will be able to adjust down, but the size listed is the largest size the belt will go.
